Login error

If you're unable to login through the launcher and receive an error, there are typically a couple reasons:

A router or anti-virus blocking the connection

Some routers and anti-viruses will prevent the login process from working normally. If you have an anti virus, try whitelisting the Vape exe in it, or disabling the protection entirely. For your router, if possible try checking the router configuration for any protection settings.

Your username or password can sometimes cause issues

To be sure this is not the problem, try logging in with your account email rather than username. Also try changing your password once if you had any odd characters in it.
